How the Process Works

After your order is confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to ship/deliver your flowers/inclusions

Once your materials are received, your custom piece will be placed in queue by the order it was received, not necessarily your date of order 

Turnaround times vary depending on order volume and design complexity. Please refer to shop announcements for current estimates

Each item is one-of-a-kind and may have natural variations

Any left over personal inclusions will be returned
