Due to the custom nature of this business, I am unable to cancel or give refunds after 24hrs from the time your order is confirmed.

Upon completion, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me- I will do my absolute best to help!

Delays due to shipping are out of my control and unfortunately I cannot be liable for any lost inclusions or finished products due to USPS or UPS.

Each keepsake is made to order by hand. Each piece is unique, and although rare, slight imperfections such as micro bubbles or color changes may be visible. Please refer to the Care Instructions included with your keepsake to ensure it lasts a lifetime.
